Let's Get Sketchy - July 1st

The first of the month again........... I know I have been saying it alot lately but the months are going by so quickly....... It will be christmas again before we know it. So with it being the 1st of the month its time for another great sketch from Let's Get Sketchy....... So here it is

But wait this sketch comes with a wonderful mood board for all of you to get inspired by......

while I haven't used the mood board for this page I have used what its about to me like celebrating and memories. This is a picture of me and my preschool teacher. I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing but she remembered me........

Let's Get Sketchy- June 1st

If anybody knows where the year is going can they please let me know............ With that being said its time for another great sketch from Let's Get Sketchy. I love using the great sketches that we are given each month to use and I have not been let down this month. So without much more here it is........

Let's Get Sketchy - May 15th

Where is this year going............ we are half way through May already. So with that being the case its time for another sketch from Let's Get Sketchy.............. Here it is............

I love the use of a big photo. In my photo stash I has some of the photos from my parents wedding and figured that this would be a great sketch to use one of them on.........So here it is..........

I am pretty happy with the soft colours of Kasiercraft's Sage & Grace......

Scrapbook Fantasies Weekly Challenge - Circles

Its time for another Weekly Challenge from Scrapbook Fantasies..........

This week its Circles...........

Using the new Basecoat paper from Kaisercraft. My circle are in the buttons and the dollies that I have cut out. 

 

The photos are from my Nana's photo ablum and they are of her and my 2 uncles and my Grandad back in July of 1945.

Scrap the Girls - April

Scrap the Girls is always a great challenge and this month did not disappoint. This time they gave us a great mood board to use. So without much more here it is...........

I just love the colours, and I know that so many scrapbookers do too. That's why I choose to use the group photo from one of the great scrapbooking retreats at Scrapbook Fantasies. So here is my page.........

It was so much fun working with flowers and swirls. I tried to include bits that we all use in scrapbooking like scissors and a camera....... Well lets look at some close ups........

Let's Get Sketchy - April part 2

Let's Get Sketchy put out a design team call, so I thought I would give it a go.

So here is the great sketch they wanted us to use........

Brenshevia has made a great sketch for us to use. This is the page I came up with using some old prima paper I had put away..........

Well it turns out I made the cut. I was so happy. This page was to be my first page as part of the design team  at Let's Get Sketchy but the sketch comes with a mood board.

With all those colours to work with I had to make another page...... so here is my new page
